Considerations

  • It is recommended to store Stretch PCR in a covered area, protected from direct sunlight, at temperatures not exceeding 30°C and with relative humidity up to 60%, in order to preserve its physical properties and performance. Inadequate storage conditions may result in decay of the product's mechanical characteristics.
The material must be used within the expiration date indicated on the identification labels, maintaining proper stock rotation through the FIFO (First In, First Out) system.
The information provided in the technical data sheets should be considered as comparative and reference parameters and should not be taken as a guarantee. Additional specifications may be met upon consultation and approval by our technical department.

Applications

Stretch PCR is used for palletizing of products and is widely applied in the beverage, food, cosmetics, hygiene and cleaning, pharmaceutical, footwear, textile industries, among other segments.
Indicated for load unitization and stabilization processes, the manual stretch film ensures greater safety, compaction, and product integrity during transportation and storage.
It can be produced with thicknesses between 0.017 mm and 0.040 mm, with or without a tube, meeting different operational and logistical requirements.
Because it contains recycled material in its composition, Stretch PCR does not comply with ANVISA regulations for direct contact with food and is recommended exclusively for external application in load protection and wrapping.

Biodegradable Films

Biodegradable films are produced with a biodegrading additive, meaning they have the capacity to degrade in an anaerobic environment. Furthermore, oxidation degradation will only be activated when the material is discarded in the environment and, as a result, is exposed to weather conditions.
